Initial Estimate
Our initial estimate is based on architectural plans provided by the client. HD Building Group can provide architectural services with one of our architectural partnering firms. We reviewed the design of the new custom home in its entirety. We analyze the building materials and project scope for a general cost projection.
Construction Budget
we drill down the project details of the new custom home with the property owner and develop a budget they are comfortable with, not only in terms of costs but also in terms of deliverables.
Construction Agreement
The construction agreement is the xecution of the contract between HD Building Group and our client. Our agreements are easy to understand and fully transparent, leading to fulfilled expectations.
Permitting
The permitting process for a custom home in Nashville involves several key steps to ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations. It begins with submitting architectural and site plans, including structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing details, which are prepared and submitted for review. The Codes Department then conducts a thorough plan review, which may involve revisions or additional information requests to meet code requirements. Once plans are approved, the necessary building permits are obtained, and construction can begin.
Billing
